About Kim Coburn
As founder and principal of The Coburn Company, Kim Coburn brings
energy, insight and results that clients have come to expect and appreciate.
Kim founded The Coburn Company in 1999 and has more than 20 years
of business and human resources experience in diverse industries including
retail, pharmaceutical, healthcare, high tech, staffing and non-profit.
In addition to her expertise in executive and career coaching, Kim
provides team building and conflict management services that aid individuals
and teams in reaching reach their full potential. Kim is also a sought-after
and entertaining speaker and facilitator.
Kim is certified to facilitate a vast range of training and assessments

and the International Coach Federation.
