Once you complete an assessment you will you will be given a unique User ID. If you are interrupted before you have a chance to complete the assessment, scroll to the end and click the option to complete later. You will be given a unique User ID at this point so that you will be able to log back in and complete your assessment. If you complete multiple assessments, use this User ID in addition to the login (CoburnCompany) and password (Diversity4) each time you visit the assessment site.
